A yoga camp is being organized with the goal of helping individuals, particularly school and college students, achieve the following in their lives.

- Asana Training: A dynamic practice incorporating Sun Salutations, balance-focused postures, and spine-strengthening exercises.
- Pranayama: Breathing techniques designed for stress relief and relaxation.
- Dhyana: Guided and mindful meditation techniques to cultivate inner peace.
- Jnana: Exploration of Yoga Sutras, Ashtanga Yoga, growth mindset principles, and Mihaly Flow insights.
- Yoga Dance Flow: A harmonious blend of yoga postures set to divine music, creating a meditative and expressive movement experience.
